Honesty is the best policy: especially in real estate

Be honest, be transparent, be genuine – that’s how I treat clients and how I like to be treated myself. When someone wants to sell their property or is looking to purchase a property, they want the facts and well-informed advice and information.  

I appreciate the trust clients place in me and believe they deserve the respect and courtesy of receiving honest information and advice. This is important because they’re going to consider what I have to say as part of some pretty big decisions they’ll make. So, for example, when I talk to a property owner who is thinking of listing their property for sale, I give them an honest opinion of what I think the value of the property is in the current market. I don’t inflate the value to secure a listing.
